Executive Forum is an innovative educational technology transfer program which I co-developed for the Department of Commerce in an effort to transfer technological Financial, Managerial, and Operational expertise from CEO's of the Fortune 500 Corporations to the general business community. The educational program was transferred through a quarterly technical publication in which editorial topics and contributors were carefully selected based on the CEO's levels of expertise and ability to communicate technical skills to the program participants. My technology transfer publication was utilized and quoted by the House of Representatives Committee on Government Operations in their Report to Congress on, "The Federal Response to the Impact of the Mexican Peso Devaluation on U.S. Border Businesses". Two hundred of the major Fortune 500 Corporations supported Executive Forum as well as major Japanese Corporations who participated in the educational technology transfer program.
