PETRO/MOBIL OIL Cross-Border Highway Network Truck Stops and Travel Plaza Development. Conducted Economic Feasibility Study of establishing Truck Stops/Travel Plazas from U.S.-México Border metropolitan areas to the Federal District of México along three major southern highway routes.

Conducted Economic Research of the U.S. Interstate 10 Golden West Travel Plaza to include audit of sales, marketing, financial performance and developed recommendations for remodeling and branding diesel and fuel sales with Shell Oil Company. Also carried out Type I and Type II Environmental compliance study to ascertain compliance with Environmental Protection Agency Standards for water and soil contamination.
