Family Abduction of
Sierra Landrum
Sierra was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Mary Ann Fannin. A FBI Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution Warrant was issued for the abductor on June 22, 1999. They may be in California, Texas or Mexico. Sierra may be known by the last name Fannin or Fannin-Landrum. She has greenish brown eyes and a light scar on her left cheek.
