giving testimony, as well as while waiting on location
Fees
billed by the half hour, defined as the minimum
charge for any discrete task
Materials
will be billed at cost plus a 10% overhead charge
Expenses
Personal
auto - 38 cents per mile
Air
travel - actual cost, plus a 10% overhead charge.
Refundable tickets will be purchased for any necessary travel
(unless unavailable). Non-refundable tickets will be purchased
upon request or when refundable tickets are unavailable, and
shall be reimbursed regardless if the ticket is used for the
purpose of the task for which retained.
Lodging
- reimbursed at actual cost plus a 10% overhead
charge, plus meals.
Rental
car - full-sized vehicle and fuel, plus a 10%
overhead charge
Invoicing
monthly
or on an interval deemed appropriate

delinquent
after thirty days from issuance

will accrue on delinquent balances at
