Orange Tabby

5 Years Old as of Nov. 2007

This big orange tabby was about 5 years old in November 2007 when he came to Safe Haven because of his owner’s health problems. In Simon’s former life, he lived indoors, so in the cattery he spends quite a bit of time curled up in a basket. Occasionally he greets visitors by rubbing against pants legs and purring. An agreeable guy, he will go for a reasonable amount of combing of his voluminous, longhaired coat if the groomer doesn’t get too close to Simon’s ticklish belly. Simon came to Safe Haven with Agnes, a brown tabby.
