A cute “shaggy dog,” Oscar ought to be in the movies. Because he has a lot of hair, it stands to reason he needs shade in hot weather. His coat needs regular attention but brushes out easily. Not a high energy guy, he could lie by you in your recliner all day and be happy, so he’d be a good companion for an older person. Oscar has some “issues” that stop him from immediately trusting people, but once he gets to know a person, he can’t get enough of you. At Safe Haven, Oscar gets a Glucosamine pill every day, and we hope a new owner would keep that up.
