Taz is a high energy dog who was surrendered to the sanctuary by caring people who found him as a stray, took him to a veterinarian, and got him all his shots. Safe Haven had to have his dewclaws removed because they were ingrown. During the healing process, Taz handled with good grace being in isolation, but we know he enjoys the companionship of other canines. We imagine him in the future riding in a truck and romping with his family.
