Ordering
Michelle's will accept phone, fax, or email orders.
We accept Visa, M/C and Discover credit cards.
 

Shipping
Michelle's will provide standard Fed Ex shipping or Postal Service.
All shipped merchandise will be insured for the value purchased.
Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance on all returned and exchanged merchandise.
 

Returns
All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number from Michelle's displayed on the
outside of the box.
Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping box, with a copy of the sales receipt.
Merchandise must be returned to Michelle's within 15 days from the original ship date.
All merchandise returned within 15 days of the original ship date may receive full refund or store credit.
