Qwest Outage 11/19/2009

The outage last night was the result of Qwest doing an upgrade, It did not go well. As a result, we were off line from about 10:45 pm last night to about 9:30 this morning.

This also impacted our phones so if you have tried to call you may have gone to voice mail. Our phones started ringing again around 9:30 this morning
