The network of health and social service agencies and organizations is large and complex. A person in need of help often experiences confusion and frustration when they try to access this network.
The goal of an Information & Assistance Service is to support older persons and their caregivers in assessing their needs, identifying the most appropriate services to meet their needs and linking the older person and caregiver to the agencies providing these services.
