A word about Water Therapy ... Most of our Spa Services involve the need for a complete understanding of Water Therapy. These water treatments, such as dry (sauna) heat, moist steam heat, Hot Herbal Tub Soak, moist (clay) heat packs and cold water to ice packs (cryo therapy), also known as Hydrotherapy were developed in Europe over a century ago. Many of the Water Therapies are coupled with clays, skin moisturizers and/or herbal compresses or poultices. Water Therapy, one of the least expensive, most versatile and dependable preventive and healing systems ever devised, is effective because of body physiology. Not only does the body need purified water to dissolve, transport and, finally, absorb nutrients; water also extracts and discards waste materials through the internal organs and through the skin which is the largest organ of the body.  Whichever treatments are utilized, there are predictable bodily actions and reactions. This is why it's so important to take the time to accurately fill out our short questionnaire regarding the condition of your health.  We thank you for your cooperation and welcome you to ask questions as we provide various therapies.
