You start with a Russian (steam) Bath to soften the pores of the
skin before receiving a Full Body Skin Exfoliation (salt glow,
or lavender exfoliation) followed with a Full Body Mud Mask . After
a short shower, you enter the Turkish (sauna) Bath to relax your
muscles before receiving an hour long Massage (Swedish or Targeted).

those described in the Spirit of Life for Two above. The primary
difference is that the Celebration is intentionally placed at
a more relaxing tempo and is designed to facilitate either 3 or
4 friends at a time.
