Discernment Process
Bishop Whitefield has requested that a Discernment Process be a pre-requisite to establishing a Training Program for Church Planters. The purpose of this process is make sure that we are investing our limited training resources in the best possible choices. This is simply good stewardship of God's money and people.

b.        The interview will focus on past behavior, life-patterns, even going back to college, highs-school, and family origin. Questions will be along the lines of "Tell me about a time when….   rather than "What would you do if….". This is not a Character interview.

c.        After the interview the team will produce a report detailing the strengths and weaknesses of the candidate in the various competencies.

Discernment Report:        Once all the information is gathered, the "Discernment Team  will prayerfully consider the candidate and make a recommendation.

Information on the DISC Profile

http://www.pdiprofile.com

We would purchase a certain number of codes that we could then distribute to the people we want to take the test. They go on line and take it there. Then they get a copy and we get access to a copy of the test as well. The normal cost is $22 per person. We can get a discounted rate of $17.50. This would be a total of $350 for 20 people.
