A little about myself:
I'm a 5th generation Las Crucen... the only one I know! I have a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. I am currently persuing my master's degree in Computer Science. I am interested in object oriented programming, internetworking and graphical user interface design.
I work programming for and archiving images for NASA's PDS (Planetary Data System) at the atmospheres node at NMSU . These are mostly images of planets and moons in our solar system taken from space probes and telescopes made availiable on the web to be accessed by scientists doing research. Programming is my passion, here is my resume, along with links to some programs I've made.
My hobbies include nature, music, reading, writing, and I make it to the movies at least once a week. You can find me in IRC (internet relay chat) quite often under the nick name of chilly` and more than likely in the channel #!Reality I enjoy construction and working with my hands. I've done everything from framing to finishing. I especially like doing tile work. To relax I meditate......... and .... well ..... that's all folks! ;)
