After military service as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army, Thad graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BS in Mathematics and moved to Las Cruces in 1971. He was employed at White Sands Missile Range for 27 years and retired from government service in 1998. Thad is an ex-skydiver and private pilot and currently is active in the community as a soccer referee. He enjoys SCUBA diving whenever he can find time to make a trip. And of course, he studies the Riemann Hypothesis daily.
