After military service as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army, Thad graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BS in Mathematics and moved to Las Cruces in 1971.  He was employed at White Sands Missile Range for 27 years and retired from government service in 1998.  In 1999 he began his career in the real estate profession. Thad is an ex-skydiver and private pilot and currently is active in the community as a soccer referee at both the Youth and High School levels.  He enjoys SCUBA diving whenever he can find time to make a trip.
