     To all et Whereas et Know yee that I, the Said Sir Wm.
     Berkeley et give and grant unto Capt. Moore Fantleroy
     five Thousand Three hundred and fifty acres of Land Situated
     or being in Rappahonock river and lyeing on the North Side
     2600 acres whereof lyeth on the upper Side of a Creeke Called
     Farnham Creeke and begineth at a marked gum tree Standing
     on a Poynt nigh the mouth of a Creeke and runeth for Length
     North by East three hundred and twenty poles adjoyning on the Land
     of Anthony Jackman for breadth from the Said mentioned
     marked tree down by the Mayne river Side and by the upper Side of
     the said Farnham Creeke thirteen hundred poles unto a marked
     red oake Standing on a Poynt by the manie Creeke Side and soe
     runing again for Length North by East three hundred and
     twenty poles up the Creeke Side bounding the Said quantity, the
     regione being 2750 lyeth on the Lower Side of the Said Farnham
     Creeke and begineth at a marked red oake Standing by the
     manie Creeke side and runeth for Length South East three
     hundred and twenty poles and for breadth down by or nigh
     on the Lower Side of the Said Farnham Creeke and by the Side
     of the maine river unto a marked red oake Standing on a point
     on the Northward Side Nigh the Mouth of a Small river Called
     New Moneccocond river and soe runing for Length North east three
     hundred and twenty poles bounding the Said quantity of Land
     The Said Land being due unto the Said Capt. More Fantleroy
     by and for the Transportation of one hundred and Seven
     persons into the Colony et To have and to hold the Said et
     Yeilding et which payment is to be made Seaven years after
Ex.  the first grant or Seating thereof et Dated ? 22th of May 1650
