                         LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

     I, Mrs. Eva Manker, of East Vaughn, County of Guadalupe, State of New Mexico, being
of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make my last will and testament in manny and
form following:
     FIRST:  I give, devise and bequeath unto such of my children:  Leo Herman Manker, Santa
Fe, New Mexico; Claud Ellis Manker, 911 West 2nd, McCook, Nebr.; Clarence Sylvester
Manker, Santa Fe, New Mex.; Carl Valisco Manker, Estancia, N.M. Myron Guy Manker,
1819 So.  dith St. Albuquerque, NM; Floyd Irvin Manker, Phoenix, Ariz. (%Mt. States Tel
& Tel Co.) Theodore Oliver Manker, Santa Fe, N.M.; Lawerence Franklin Manker, East Vaughn,
New Mex.; as may be living at the time of my death, all of my property, real, personal
and mixed, of what nature and kind, soever and wheresoever, the same shall be at the time
of my death; the same to be divided among them there, share and share alike, after all my
funeral expenses, and other debts of whatsoever nature, have been paid.
     SECOND:  I hereby direcet and empower my executor to sell and dispose of all my personal
property to the highest bidder at auction, as soon as practicable after my death, and to sell
my real estate at auction or private, as it may in his judgment seem most advantageous,
or for the interest of my said devisees.
     THIRD:  I hereby appoint James J. Hall, Estancia, N.M. executor of this my last will
and testament.
     IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I Mrs. Eva Manker, the testator, have to this, my last will and
testament set my hand and my seal, this 4 day of June A.D. 1935.
     Signed, sealed, and declared by the above named Mrs. Eva Manker, as and for her last
will andtestament, in the presence of us who have hereunto scubscribed our names at her
request, as witnesses thereto, in presence of the said testator and eahc other.

     On this 4 day of June 1935 before me personally appeared Mrs Eva Manker, to me known
to be the person described in and who executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged
that she executed the same as her free act and deed.
