16-Revelation-05:

"A book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals."...the Bible itself is such a book, sealed by the last book of books...signified by Revelation. The Lamb...'behold the lion'...'and I beheld a (dead) lamb'...and Jesus stood and read "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; He hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord...and he closed the book...and sat down."(Luke 4:18-20). And the Lamb stood (having overcome, to the eternal joy of millions)...and the Lamb reopened the book...and the Lamb spoke to read the last portion of the unfinished verse "...and the day of vengence of our God; to comfort all that mourn..."(Isaiah 61:1,2)...and He opened the seven seals. "All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on Him the iniquity of us all"(Is. 53:6). Behold beloved...the Bible is all about the Lamb...Revelation is about the Lamb...indeed, the whole created universe is about the Lamb...if you would understand the book of Revelation, you must understand the Lamb.....you must love the Lamb; and have faith and hope in the Lamb of God. The Lamb is the Spirit of prophecy (Rev. 19:10). And "God will provide Himself a Lamb"(Genesis 22). "...Behold the Lamb of God! (John 1:29and36). The blessed Apostle John mentioned the Lamb thirty times. Here is the absolute centrality of the Lamb within the purpose and will of God. Dare not speak to the Father without reference to His Beloved Son...His seven attributes (5:12)...His precious Blood (12:11 and 5:6). We belong to the Lamb (14:4) and everything of value that we possess is the Lamb's ( Laodicians verse six...and I Cor. 1:30). Truly..."Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love; Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence; Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself; That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him; In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ." (Ephesians 1:3-12). To follow Paul is to follow the Lamb (I Cor. 11:1). Are you following the Lamb?
