50...Matthew 24 (the Sermon on the Mount)
The prophetic key to understanding this passage (along with the companion passages of Mark 13 and Luke 21) is to realize that Jesus, having been asked about the destruction of the temple, which was assumed to be at the time of his return, answered with the knowledge of the future double destruction of the temple and his return associated with the final destruction. This prophetic response of Jesus was given in parabolic form allowing a mixture of the two events which were to be separated by 1932 years (70 a.d. to 2002) 3.5x552...Dan. time unit...=1932) (the millenium is the 1881 years from the cross to the 1911 opening of the fifth seal and start of the Laodician age of 91 years) (note that the time that Jerusalem stands is 37 years the first time plus 54 years the second time...1948 to 2002...which totals 91 years standing as the abomination of desolation...the same timespan as is given for the Laodician church). This mixing of the two events gives the prophecy its hidden value in that spiritual perception is required for understanding as well as a certain timespan. The meaning did not become obvious until the time of the end, as Jesus intended, when the parable of the fig tree was opened as Israel put forth leaves in 1948 and we are living at the end of that final generation. Now remember that this fig tree is cursed and will never produce any more figs. It is nevertheless once again coming back to live after a long winter and a deadly wound for the consumation of the ages and grand and hidden purposes of God. So, the key is the understanding of double events mixed into a parable.
This is a tale of two cities....two Jerusalems...two fulfillments...two kingdoms...two abominations of desolation...two salvations...two destructions...two generations..two ....a parable which requires prophetic unsealing at the time of the end.
So, they came to Jesus and they asked him one question (when will you return and destroy this city and the rest of the world?).
And Jesus answered them with two answers ( This city will be destroyed in this generation but I will not return until later. And later, I will return and destroy this city again and the rest of the world).
Now Jesus upon the cross was the 'abomination' that was committed by the nation of Israel...and Israel standing in the Holy Place after Jesus left them desolate... that was the abomination of desolation. After a short prophetic time of 37 years of this blasphemous standing they were utterly destroyed; but the christians had taken warning and left the city and were saved. Now once again, Israel is standing in the Holy Place as an abomination of desolation only to be shortly and once and for all completely destroyed. Prior to this the saints will be raptured. This time the entire world will come to an end and their will be a new spiritual heaven and earth. Study Daniel chapter 9...verses 25,26,27...see if you can find where Israel is to obtain anything except more destruction. God sent prophets...they killed them... He sent his only begotton Son...they killed him and continued along normally. Do you really believe that God is going to wait 2000 years and send his Son again to offer them a physical kingdom? This is the great deception of the endtime. This is the antichrist. How can christians be so foolish? God warns us of the 'abomination of desolation' and we go about supporting it...and condeming any wayward brother such as Martin Luther that might not go along with the great deception of the Judas-Dan-national Israel Satanic scam.
P.S..... 'rumours of war'...This is the situation today as this does not mean that you heard that their might be a war someplace or the other...you would know this instantly in this endtime age of communication...this means that there are rumours of impending wars everywhere....this we have today...Korea...Taiwan... India...etc, etc, etc. The entire globe is ready to explode in multiple wars.
