NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, New Mexico will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the
regularly scheduled meeting on December 14, 2004, beginning at 7:30 pm
at the Village Hall Meeting Room of the Village of Capitan, New Mexico.
The public hearing is concerning the following Ordinances:

REGULATIONS

Ordinance
2004-09 pursuant of Section 35-14-18 NMSA 1978 to designating the
Magistrate Court of the County of Lincoln as the Court having
Jurisdiction over the Ordinances of the Village of Capitan.
The Public is invited to attend the Public Hearing.
