NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, New Mexico will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the
regularly scheduled meeting on June 14, 2005, beginning at 6:30 pm at
the Village Hall Meeting Room of the Village of Capitan, New
Mexico. The public hearing is concerning the following Ordinances:
1. Amend Ordinance 2000-01 ANNEXATION OF SCHOOL
PROPERTY (Baseball Park).
2. Repeal Ordinance 2004-09 MUNICIPAL COURT
Hearing on the needs for the ICIP Infrastructure Plan for the Village
of Capitan.
