NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, New Mexico will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the
regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 11, 2006 beginning at
6:30 PM at the Village Hall Meeting Room of the Village of Capitan, New
Mexico. The public hearing is concerning the following Ordinances:
1. Adopting Ordinance 2006-02 – deleting 2002
Code, Title 1, Chapter 7, Section
10:11 Standby and compensate the designated employee who will remain
available for on call.
2. Adopting Ordinance 2006-03 – Section 7-1-1
and 7-1-2 regulating street and
culverts and curb cuts to existing curbs on right of way access;
setting fees and
providing penalties for violation.
The public is invited to attend the Public Hearing.
