NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, New Mexico will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the
regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, December 12, 2006 beginning at
6:30 PM at the Village Hall Meeting Room of the Village of Capitan, New
Mexico. The public hearing is concerning the following:
1. Adopting
Ordinance
2006-______An Ordinance Consenting to Landowners Petitions for
Annexation into the Village of Capitan, New Mexico, certain contiguous
lands owned by:
Cheryl M. Hall at 573 West 5th
Street
Christ Community Fellowship
Church at 517 W. Smokey Bear Blvd.
David and Sherry Rouleau at 441
West 5th Street and 455 West 5th Street
Village of Capitan Cemetery at
105 E. Last Road
The public is invited to attend the Public Hearing
