NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, New Mexico will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the
regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, September 12, 2006 beginning at
6:30 PM at the Village Hall Meeting Room of the Village of Capitan, New
Mexico. The public hearing is concerning the following:
1. Adopting Ordinance 2006-_____2006 Uniform
Traffic Ordinance that will revise Title 6 Motor Vehicle and Traffic of
the Village of Capitan Municipal Code amending the changes made during
the 2006 legislative session.
2. Adopting Ordinance 2006-_____Personnel
Policies and Procedures that will revise Title 1 Chapter 7 Sections
9.5, 9.6, and 9.11 of Employee Benefits of the Village of Capitan
Municipal Code regarding the employees’ vacation and sick leave.
3. Adopting Ordinance 2006-_____Utilities
Title 9 Chapter 2 Section 9-2-11C that will set a rate for figuring any
excessive use which occurs as the result of line leakage.
The public is invited at attend the Public Hearing.
