NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, New Mexico will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the
regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 beginning at
6:30 PM at the Village Hall Meeting Room of the Village of Capitan, New
Mexico. The public hearing is concerning the following:
1. Adopting Ordinance 2007-______An Ordinance
Consenting to Landowners Petitions for Annexation into the Village of
Capitan, New Mexico, certain contiguous lands owned by:
Benny L. Taylor at 157 West Lobo
Rd, Capitan, NM
Bartley K. McDonough at 111 Tiger
Drive, Capitan, NM
Tom & Denise Snyder at 116
Long Rd, Capitan, NM
The public is invited to attend the Public Hearing
