To Whom It May Concern:
A possible quorum of the Village of Capitan Trustees may be in
attendance of a workshop on the Open Meetings Act and the Inspection of
Public Records Act hosted by the Attorney General’s Office. The
place of the workshop will be at 1900 North White Sands Boulevard in
Alamogordo, NM from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM on Wednesday, April 16, 2008.
