NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, New Mexico will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the
regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, October 7, 2008, beginning at
6:30 PM at the Village Hall Meeting Room of the Village of Capitan. The
public hearing is concerning the following:
1. Ordinance 2008-____

Ordinance Revising
Village Officers and Employees, Title 1, Chapter 6, Section 1-6-2
(A)
- Appointment of Village Officials and adding to Section 1-6-3
item B(1) - Duties of Appointive Officers.
2. Ordinance 2008-____
An
Ordinance Revising Public
Ways and Property, Title7, Chapter 1, Section 7-1-2 – Curb Cuts to
Existing Curbs.
The public is invited to attend the Public Hearing.
