VILLAGE OF CAPITAN
NEW MEXICO UNIFORM TRAFFIC ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE 2004-08
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY
OF THE VILLAGE OF CAPITAN, NEW MEXICO:
WHEREAS, the New Mexico Uniform
Traffic Ordinance, comprising Sections 12- 1 -1 through 12-13-6
inclusive, is herewith adopted by reference, pursuant to Section 3-17-6
NMSA 1978; and
WHEREAS, the governing body of
the Village of Capitan wishes to ordinance to take effect on 25 th day
of October, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the 1997 Compilation
and all amendments thereto are expressly repealed; and
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED
this 12th day of October, 2004.
