ORDINANCE 2005 -
AMENDING TITLE 1 CHAPTER 7
3.13: DRESS AND APPEARANCE
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Capitan, New Mexico is
charged with making laws to insure the efficient operation of the
Village, and;
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Village of Capitan believes that it
is in the best interest of the Village to make changes to the Ordinance
which addresses dress and appearance, and;
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Village of Capitan is hereby
repealing the 2002 Code, Title 1, Chapter 7, Section 3:13: Dress and
Appearance in its entirety and is adopting a new Title 1, Chapter 7,
Section 3.13, Dress and Appearance, in its place, and;
THEREFORE, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 11 day of October, 2005.
