VILLAGE OF CAPITAN
ORDINANCE 2008-___

AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE NEW MEXICO UNIFORM TRAFFIC ORIDNANCE BY REFERENCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE VILLAGE OF CAPITAN OF CAPITAN, NEW MEXICO.
SECTION 1.  ADOPTION BY REFERENCE
The 2004 Compilation of the New Mexico Uniform Traffic Ordinance, comprising Sections   12-1-1 through 12-13-6 inclusive, and all changes through April, 2008, are herewith adopted by reference, pursuant to Section 3-17-6 NMSA 1978.
SECTION 2.  EFFECTIVE DATE
This ordinance shall take effect on the 10th day of June, 2008.
SECTION 3.  REPEALER
The 1997 Compilation and all amendments thereto are expressly repealed.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of June, 2008.
