RESOLUTION 2004-11
BUDGET INCREASE
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Village of Capitan, meeting
in regular session on May 11, 2004, did propose to make a budget
increase in the amount of $2500.00 and;
WHEREAS, the budget increase is for the purpose of the Recreational
Fund, to be used for purchase of equipment to be used by the community
of the Village of Capitan, which will enhance the quality of the youth
and all of the community and;
NOW THEREFORE, it is respectfully requested that authorization to make
the above budget increase be granted by the Local Government Division
of the Department of Finance and Administration.
DONE, PASSED AND APPROVED this 11th day of May 2004 in the Village of
Capitan, Lincoln County, New Mexico.
