RESOLUTION 2005-03
HOLIDAY CALENDAR
WHEREAS, the Governing Body in and for the Village of Capitan, State of
New Mexico, meeting in a regular session on the 18th day of January
2005 has approved and adopted the Official Holiday Calendar for Village
of Capitan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Capitan Trustees
hereby adopts the following as the Official Holiday Calendar for the
Village of Capitan.
Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday
will be observed on Monday,
January 17, 2005
Presidents'
Day
will be observed on Monday,
February 21, 2005
Memorial
Day
will be observed
on Monday, May 30, 2005
Independence
Day
will be observed
on Monday, July 4, 2005
Labor
Day
will be observed
on Monday, September 5, 2005
Columbus
Day
will be observed
on Monday, October 10, 2005
Veteran's
Day
will be observed
on Thursday, November 10, 2005
Thanksgiving Day
will be observed on Wednesday, November 23,
2005 and Thursday, November 24, 2005
Christmas
Day
will be observed
on Monday, December 26, 2005
New Year's Day
will be observed on Monday, January 2, 2006
RESOLVED IN BOARD ACTION this 18th day of January 2005.
