RESOLUTION 2005-08 BUDGET INCREASE
COMPLETION OF MAPP
WHEREAS, Johnathan LaMay, road supervisor has informed the Governing
Body of the Village of Capitan that $14,000 in additional funds will be
needed to complete the 2004 MAP (Municipal Arterial Program) Project,
and,
WHEREAS, the additional funds are needed for base course and culverts,
and,
WHEREAS, the Governing Body in and for the Village of Capitan, State of
New Mexico, meeting in a regular session on the 8th day of February
2005 is in support of increasing the budget to complete this project,
and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE VILLAGE OF
CAPITAN, requests authorization and approval from the DFA to increase
their 2004-2005 budget in the General fund in the amount of $14,000
From $233,750 to $247,750 on the line item titled MAPP Expense 2004, and
DONE, PASSED AND APPROVED by the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, Lincoln County, New Mexico on this 8th day of March 2005.
