RESOLUTION 2005-09
STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT CO-OP PROJECT
2005-2006
WHEREAS, there is a need to prepare an application for the filing of
the 2004-2005 Co-Op Application.
WHEREAS, the Village of Capitan, Lincoln County, New Mexico will
present a Co-Op application detailing the roads chosen to be done by
the Road Foreman and the Village Council.
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the Village of Capitan is authorized to file said
application; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Village Trustees assures that matching funds
will be budgeted in the 2005-2006 Village of Capitan's annual budget
for the Co-Op Application.
WHEREAS, the Village of Capitan is authorized and directed to prepare
the Official Application, either by its own personnel or by contract
method, signed by the Mayor, certifying the information in the
application to be true and correct to the best of his knowledge.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March 2005
