RESOLUTION 2005-11
BUDGET INCREASE
LEPF
WHEREAS, the Village of Capitan did have $2,654.00 in funds that were
received in the 2003-2004 budget year that were spent, but invoices
were not received prior to fiscal year end June 30, 2004 and
WHEREAS, the Governing Body in and for the Village of Capitan, State of
New Mexico, meeting in a regular session on the 12"' day of April 2005
does propose to make an adjustment to the 2004 - 2005 budget and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE VILLAGE OF
CAPITAN, requests authorization and approval from the DFA to increase
their 2004-2005 budget in the amount of $2654.00 in the LEPF to
properly allocate funds that are included in the beginning cash balance.
DONE, PASSED AND APPROVED by the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, Lincoln County, New Mexico on this 12 th day of April 2005.
