RESOLUTION 2005-12
BUDGET INCREASE
FIRE FUND
WHEREAS, the Village of Capitan has discovered an accounting error of
$2,000 in the 2004-2005 fire fund budget and
WHEREAS, the Governing Body in and for the Village of Capitan, State of
New Mexico, meeting in a special session on the 19th day of April 2005
does propose to make an adjustment to the 2004 - 2005 budget to correct
the error and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE VILLAGE OF
CAPITAN, requests authorization and approval from the DFA to increase
their 2004-2005 budget in the amount of $2000 in the Fire Fund to
properly allocate these funds. A total of $738.00 will be used as the
Village's match on the BLM grant to purchase radios. The remaining
funds will be used for supplies.
DONE, PASSED AND APPROVED by the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, Lincoln County, New Mexico on this 19th day of April 2005.
