CLEAN UP RESOLUTION
BUDGET YEAR 2004 - 2005
WHEREAS, the Village of Capitan, Board of Trustees, meeting in regular
session on the 14th day of June, 2005 propose to make certain clean up
adjustments to the 2004 — 2005 budget, and:
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees does support the following changes:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan respectfully requests approval from the DFA to make the
requested changes to the 2004 -2005 budget.
DONE, PASSED AND APPROVED by the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, Lincoln County, New Mexico on this 14th day of June, 2005.
