RESOLUTION 2005-26
BUDGET ADJUSTMENT COURT
WHEREAS, the Village of Capitan did not have a court when the interim
budget was completed and submitted to DFA and;
WHEREAS, the Governing Body in and for the Village of Capitan, State of
New Mexico, meeting in a regular session on the 14 day of June, 2005
did reinstate the Village of Capitan Municipal Court; and
WHEREAS, the ending balance of $461.00 as of June 30, 2005 was included
in the end of year report in the Other Funds category submitted to DFA;
and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, meeting in regular session on the 9 day of August, 2005 does
respectfully requests approval from the DFA to adjust the 2005 — 2006
budget by allowing sri increase of $30,466.00 in budgeted revenue and
$30,424.00 in budgeted expenditures in the Court Fund.
DONE, PASSED AND APPROVED by the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, Lincoln County, New Mexico on this 9 day of August 2005.
