RESOLUTION 2005-28
BUDGET ADJUSTMENT LEPF
WhEREAS, the Village of Capitan did not have but two (2) certified
police officers when the interim budget was completed and submitted to
DFA and;
WHEREAS, the Village of Capitan does now have three (3) certified
officers and;
WHEREAS, the Village of Capitan, State of New Mexico, did receive
approval from Martin Ortega, Financial Coordinator with the Department
of Finance and Administration, Local Government Division to carry
forward $15,000.00 from the 2004-2005 LEPF budget for down
payment on a police vehicle and;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, meeting in regular session on the 9 day of August, 2005 does
respectfully requests approval from the DFA to adjust the 2005 — 2006
budget by allowing an increase of $600.00 in budgeted revenue and
$15,600.00 in budgeted expenditures in the LEPF Fund.
DONE, PASSED AND APPROVED by the Governing Body of the Village of
Capitan, Lincoln County, New Mexico on this 9 day of August 2005.
