WHEREAS, Eddie Tudor has come before the Governing Body in and for the Village of Capitan, State of New Mexico, on August 9, 2005 to request improvements to the community children’s playground and;

WHEREAS, the Governing Body in and for the Village of Capitan, State of New Mexico, meeting in a special session on the 16th day of August 2005 is in support of making improvements to the community children’s playground and;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE VILLAGE OF CAPITAN, requests authorization and approval from the DFA to increase their 2005-2006 budgeted expenditures in the amount of $3,500 in the Recreation Fund. The balance in the fund at the time of this resolution is $4,648 and there are expenditures of $1,000 budgeted.

DONE, PASSED AND APPROVED by the Governing Body of the Village Capitan, Lincoln County, New Mexico on this 8 day of March 2005.
