WHEREAS, Lincoln County has changed the name of Center Drive to Bancroft Road; and

WHEREAS, Lincoln County has also changed numbering on Center Drive, now Bancroft Road; and

WHEREAS, the Governing Body in and for the Village of Capitan, State of New Mexico, does wish to adopt the changes in the name and numbering of Center Drive; and 

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE VILLAGE OF CAPITAN, does accept and adopt the change in the name of Center Drive to Bancroft Road and does accept the change in numbering on Center Drive, now Bancroft Road. 


DONE, PASSED AND APPROVED by the Governing Body of the Village of Capitan, Lincoln County, New Mexico on this 11th day of April, 2006.
