WHEREAS, the Governing Body in and for the Village of Capitan, State of New Mexico, meeting in regular session on May 9, 2006, has approved and adopted the revised sewer dumping fees for the Village of Capitan.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Capitan hereby adopts the following sewer dumping fees for the Village of Capitan.

        1000 gallon tank--------------------$35.00
        1200 gallon tank--------------------$45.00
        1500 gallon tank--------------------$50.00

Liquid waste will only be accepted from residences within the Village limits with proof of a transporter certificate.  The transporter certificate must show the individuals name and address.

RESOLVED in the regular meeting of the Governing Body of the Village of Capitan on the 9th day of May, 2006.
