WHEREAS, the County of Lincoln, State of New Mexico has changed the name of East Deer Trail Road to Spur Trail; and

WHEREAS, the Governing Body in and for the Village of Capitan, State of New Mexico, does wish to adopt the change in the name of East Deer Trail Road to Spur Trail;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE VILLAGE OF CAPITAN, NM does accept and adopt the change in the name of East Deer Trail Road to Spur Trail.

DONE, PASSED, AND APPROVED by the Governing Body of the Village of Capitan, Lincoln County, New Mexico on this 13th day of March, 2007.
