WHEREAS, the Village of Capitan’s Mayor and Trustees determined the need to have salary ranges or a pay scale for its employees; and

WHEREAS, the proposed wages of the employees have been compared to nearby municipalities resulting in a number of the positions being under paid; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Trustees have developed a minimum and maximum hourly rate for each job position as follows:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Governing Body of the Village of Capitan meeting in regular session does approve the salary range table.
