Monday, November 22, 2004
The Village of Capitan Board of Trustees held a special meeting on
November 22, 2004 at the Village Hall Building. Mayor Steve Sederwall
called the meeting to order at 6:03 pm. Trustees present were George
Tippin, Bill Martin, Ed Davis and Bobbi Shearer.
After a lengthy discussion the Joint Boards of Town of Carrizozo,
Village of Capitan and Capitan/Carrizozo Gas Company recommended that
the Capitan Gas Board make a presentation to a Joint Board Meeting on
December 15, 2004 at 6:00 pm at the Town Hall in Carrizozo. This
meeting would like to see if there could be any cuts made to lower the
cost of gas to the customer.
Adjournment: Motion by Trustee Tippin seconded by Trustee Shearer to
adjourn at 7:45 pm. All in favor, motion carried.
