The Village of Capitan Board of Trustees held a Special Meeting on
October 15, 2004 at the Capitan School Board Room at the Administration
Building. Mayor Sederwall called the meeting to order at 8:00 am.
Trustees present were George Tippin, Bill Martin, and Ed Davis. Trustee
Shearer was absent.
Dr. Miller presented the changes of the Joint Powers Agreement that was
discussed at the Regular Meeting of the Council on October 12, 2004 and
approved by the Capitan School Board on October 14, 2004. Motion by
Trustee Martin seconded by Trustee Davis to approve the Joint Powers
Agreement for the Baseball facility. Roll Call: Trustee Tippin yes,
Trustee Martin yes, Trustee Davis yes.
Frances Traylor, Business Manager Capitan Schools and Anna Gail Grassie
Village Clerk will work together to make sure the paperwork is in full
compliance with the Department of Finance.
Requirements for the RFP will be put together by the Community
Committee and will be handled by the Capitan Schools and the Committee.
Motion by Trustee Martin seconded by Trustee Tippin to adjourn at 8:15
am.
