• Deposit Amount Required: To confirm reservation, 50 % deposit required.  Balance due on arrival for remainder of visit.
• Cancellation:  If cancellation is necessary, guest must cancel 14 days before scheduled arrival for full refund.  If cancellation is made in less than 14 days prior to arrival, refund is subject to ability to fill reservation.  If we cannot fill reservation, a credit less $20 will be issued for another visit within 6 months of original reservation.
• Smoking: Welcome in limited areas.  Please inquire.
• Accepted Payment Methods:  Credit Card, Cashier Check, Money Order, Traveler’s Checks, Cash. 
• Pets:  Horses & Pets are Welcome.  A deposit will be required for indoor pets. (Extra Charge for Horse Boarding)
• Open:  All year around.
• Check In time is 4:00 - 6:00 pm and Check Out time is 12 Noon
• Prices: Subject to Change.
• Alcohol Consumption: Allowed if person of legal age. (NM Legal age is 21)
• Children:  Sorry, no Children Under 18.
