My name is Sara Guthrie and I am a senior at Onate High School.  Through a program through the school called Excel I had the amazing opportunity to work at a veterinarian clinic for five months.  I loved it.
    My experience at Jornada Veterinarian Clinic was wonderful.  I was given the opportunity to either help me to become a vet one of my possible career choice or it would serve to completely ruled it out.  Luckily I loved it.  I have learned so much.  The people there are very nice and were willing to stop and explain everything to me.  It was very exciting.  In addition, because of this opportunity to work there they have now offered me a job which will exponentially increase my chance of getting in to vet school.
