Ben Archer Health Center providing
primary care services in modern medical and dental facilities
has an immediate need for the following positions:
ADMINISTRATIVE/SUPPORT
Program Administrator- Truth or Consequences: Requires: HS Diploma
or GED; experience in: basic computer and software applications;
supervision of day-to-day operations; quality care monitoring;
grievance system resolution; claims processing and reporting;
preventive medicine indicators; quality assurance and EPRP; Prefer
AS or BS in related field; experience as a Program Administrator;
and QA certification or training.
Medical Records Clerk/Receptionist-Alamogordo:
Requires: HS Diploma or GED; medical Records clerk experience
to include CPT & IDC9 coding, excellent customer service and
telephone skills; and bilingual.
MEDICAL
Pharmacist-Southern NM: Requires: Pharmacy
School Graduation and ability to obtain NM
licensure.
NURSING
Registered Nurse-Alamogordo, Columbus,
Hatch, Las Cruces & Truth or Consequences: Accepting resumes
for applicant pool based on possible future vacancies. Resumes
will be kept for 6 months. Requires RN & NM license. Prefer
bilingual and at least two years experience.
SOCIAL SERVICE
Licensed Independent Social Worker-Hatch
& Truth or Consequences: Required: NM licensure or ability
to obtain immediately; and at least two years related experience.
Health Educator-Truth or Consequences:
RN or BS in Social Work; ability to communicate well verbally
and in writing; bilingual; and ability to obtain NM licensure.
Computer skills and experience in community maternal and child
health are preferred.
Eligibility Representative-Hatch: Requires:
HS Diploma or GED; Bilingual; Ability to: review cases to determine
appropriate funding sources; use a computer; and communicate well
verbally and in writing. Prefer experience in the medical/social
services fields.
DENTAL
Dentist-Southern NM: Requires: Dental School Graduation and ability
to obtain NM
and begin work within 90 days of offer.
Pediatric Dentist-Southern NM: Requires:
Dental School Graduation and ability to obtain
NM licensure and begin work within 90 days of offer.
Dental Hygienist-Southern NM: Requires:
Dental Hygienist Graduation and ability to
obtain NM licensure and begin work within 90 days of offer.
Dental Assistant-Alamogordo: Requires:
NM Certification in X-ray, fluoride delivery, coronal polish,
HS Diploma or GED; bilingual; two years of experience; ability
to achieve certification in CPR, sealant application, and excellent
patient relations skills. Prefer bilingual.
Dental Assistant-Alamogordo: Requires:
HS Diploma or GED; bilingual; two years of experience; ability
to achieve certification in CPR, X-ray, fluoride delivery, coronal
polish, sealant application, and excellent patient relations skills.
Prefer bilingual.
