Admin Minutes - 3/13/12

Attending – Tom Morehart, Gene Christensen, Don Behnke, Austin Breck, Winnie Quinzi, Mel Parish

 

-Gene signed Youth works contracts for the youth to go on summer mission trips.

 

-Children’s Garden:  We received March rent.  We are waiting for a response from CG to our proposal that they pay rent minus utilities for April, May June & July.  Once we have received a response, we will schedule a meeting to review what stuff is theirs and what is ours.

 

-Discussed updating job descriptions.  Each committee member took an employee and when we get the job description reviewed with their supervising elder as well as the employee.

 

-Winni will get each member of Admin a copy of the Procedures manual.

 

-Tom is working on getting the bank signature cards updated.  He will also look into on line banking so Patti can be able to get real-time info from the bank.  He is also looking into updating our deposit pick-up list.

 

-Approved the purchase of checks for Patti.
